Do you ship worldwide? Yes! Soulmori offers worldwide shipping.
Are orders sent tracked? Only if you add tracked shipping to your order. You can add international or UK tracked shipping through the ADD ONS category. Otherwise, you will not receive a tracking number and your order will be sent with standard, untracked shipping.
Refunds and returns? If your product is damaged please send proof to email@example.com. Should you wish to return an item, email me for my return address and client will cover shipping costs. I will issue your refund once the item is received back to me.
I used the wrong payment method, what do I do? Happens all the time! You can cancel your order and resubmit it. I cannot manually change the payment method, however, if you have selected BACS Bank Transfer and wish to pay with paypal, please send the total amount to firstname.lastname@example.org and your order number as the reference and let me know via email email@example.com that you have done this. Unpaid BACS orders will be automatically cancelled after 7 days and you will not be charged or sent your order unless you have manually sent this payment to SOULMORI. If you need more help regarding this, please contact me after reading the FAQ.
When will my order be shipped? I aim to ship everything within 2 weeks of purchase. If you need something shipped super promptly, just let me know. If you are waiting longer than this, it could be due to me waiting on an order of envelopes and packaging. I typically do drop offs every 2 weeks because of covid to minimise my contact with the public. If you have any issues or concerns regarding you order, feel free to contact me after reading the FAQ.
How long will my order take to arrive? It honestly depends on where you are in the world. I am based in the UK and consider that I have to make, package and send everything by myself and this can take time on top of shipping times, I sadly do not have control over the speed of which products get to you after you receive your dispatch confirmation email. But should you encounter any issues. e.g. your order hasn’t showed up please contact me using the details provided below and we can resolve this for you.
Do you make everything yourself? Yes! All my products are designed and made by me. A one soul show.
How to care for my garments? You will receive a SOULMORI care instructions tag with your clothing.
